Experienced accounts admin person for daily accounting, credit control, personnel admin and general office duties.
- Accounts administration using AccountEdge software
- Bank and credit card reconciliation
- VAT return & EC sales lists
- Purchase and sales ledger, issuing payments
- Credit control, producing statements and chasing receipts
- Payroll processing, including end-of-year reporting
- Personnel administration, holiday recording
- General office admin
- Purchasing and administration of insurance, telephone and electricity contracts
